Blacklist frontend and UI is in the Settings page. It uses the same component as the other tag selectors and mostly works (the search is kinda messed up but it usually gets you to the right tag)
The user must press "apply" for their changes to be saved instead of the regular auto-saving, since I didn't want the API receiving 30 PATCH requests instead of just 1
